Sovereign Building – Ocala, FL

This was a commercial re-roof project we completed for The Sovereign Building, a 95-year-old building located in Ocala, FL. We installed TPO roofing. This project was part of the Ocala revitalization initiative. In 2022, The Sovereign Building was restored from a condo building back to its original use as a boutique hotel.
